In your opinion, a member is unreasonable?
If a member on our platform has any content published on his/her profile that violates our Terms & Conditions, you can report this behavior directly to the Customer Service.
To do so, please click on the profile of the member you wish to report. Then go to the bottom of the page. Under the user profile you will find a button to 'Notify service team/Report user', a text box opens. Here you can explain your problem with the user. Then click Send.
We will take your message seriously and will take care of it in the next 24 hours. However, it may take a moment for you to hear from us again and make any adjustments to the profile or even delete it. You may also send us a message with our contact form.
